So I started something. This is a little personal project close to my heart.

I decided to start a small blog on Instagram sharing my experience of having Adhd & Autism, using some of my media experience to present this well while also keeping it low pressure, produced in an engaging yet achievable way. I created a logo/identity along with a specific format, which will develop over time. This involves talking to camera, b-roll, voiceover and short filmmaking. I am keeping this as simple as possible so I can allow it to evolve over time as my schedule allows.
